At Hareide Design I was working with Swedish Berg Propulsion on a remote control console for operating ships. This was Berg Propulsion´s first product concerning human interaction. The project started out with several sessions with the users to fully understand their behavior and needs. The result was a utterly simplistic product where soft- and hard ware worked together both in functionality and look. This gave a unique and functional interaction.
This product has won several design awards, such as the Red Dot Best of The Best.
