At Hareide Design I was working with Kongsberg Norconrol IT on their next generation control station for harbor ship surveillance operators. This product was developed together with Marine Port Authority Singapore who was the first client. The product was designed to make the daily work easier for each operator with as little clutter as possible interfering with the general information overload in the harbor. I was in Singapore during the process conducting several user interviews and prototype tests, as well as workshops and presentations with project participants and their supervisors.
