Magne was responsible for the overall picture of the process, and started by gathering all stakeholders for a series of workshops, where he created a consensus on a holistic vision of the future for the solution. This was essential to achieving a comprehensive solution in the end. Magne also created the visualizations that showed user stories that connect people’s needs, activities and technology.
In the further work on the offer from 2020-2022, Magne has worked with topics such as transformation and innovation.
