I have more than 20 years of international work experience as a designer and strategic advisor. Now I am leading the service design team at EGGS by Sopra Steria, designing holistic user experiences and participating in creating our pan European innovation framework.

I have worked as a car designer in Germany, with industrial design and service design in Hareide Design and Halogen.

I have led and worked on a number of major design projects with innovation and design work to uncover opportunities for new business, value creation through design and application of new technology and strategies, to realise the desired effect that creates sustainable long-term solutions for the customer and people.

I have been process manager and executing designer for design and development on future ships, business concepts for sleep, indoor climate, digital twin on oil platform, remote-controlled airport, concept cars, tactical operating room on Norway and Germany’s next submarines, technical and advanced professional products as well as consumer products, design strategies and futuristic conceptualization to name a few. 

I am concerned with quality and a long-term perspective in design, with the right problem and holistic user experience as the premise. I work strategically and functionally with the human being in focus to create meaningful and sustainable solutions that question the function and solve the effect in a unique way.

I am exited about holistic user experience and innovation methodologies, service design and industrial design. I am process driven and work strategically with solving the right problem and I innovate on the desired result and effect.

2018 – I am currently Senior Design Manager and Team leader for service design at EGGS by Sopra Steria in Norway. 

2016 to 2018 – Lead Designer at Halogen AS in Oslo.
2010 to 2016 – Creative Director at Hareide Design in Oslo. 
2007 to 2010 I was senior designer at Hareide Design in Oslo.

In 2006 and 2007 I worked as designer at Johnson Controls Gmbh in Germany, designing concept car interiors and several production car seats for Ford, BMW, Mini and other car companies. My biggest project here was participating in the design team creating the i3 concept interior displayed at IAA Frankfurt in 2007.

I am educated Master Industrial Designer from Oslo School of Architecture and Design in 2005, with an exchange semester learning automotive design at Strate College Designers in Paris in 2004.

I have won several prestigious design awards and nominations for my projects, such as Red Dot Best of the Best in 2008 for Berg Propulsion.
